Each coffee machine is rated according to the maximum number of drinks we recommend a day.
Once we have arranged a suitable time and date with you, one of our coffee team will bring along a selection of coffee for you and the office to try along with the coffee machine that matches your requirements. The day is a great opportunity to talk with your office to get a better understanding of taste so we can create a range of drinks around your requirements.
Talk to us about how many people you anticipate attending the coffee tasting so we are prepared. At the end of coffee tasting most businesses keep the coffee machine once they are satisfied with the quality and costs. We can even install it on the day!
In short, yes. The key to success with a coffee machine is based on three things; fresh coffee, filtered water (to reduce scale) and cleaning. Whilst you will do simple daily and weekly cleaning tasks we take care of the full valets, descale and filter changes including all technical call outs, parts and labour.
We can resolve the majority of technical queries easily over the phone, however if the problem is more serious and we need to arrange a site visit, our response time is by the next business working day.
For some owning a machine maybe the way to go however over a three to five year period your circumstances may change. Our flexible hire plans are not only great value for money, but if your machine needs replacing or you need something larger, it will all be covered.
No problem. We will simply work with you to survey your new office and relocate the coffee machine free of charge – subject to survey, of course.
If you hire your coffee machine from us, you can simply upgrade it to a more suitable solution for a larger team, without incurring a penalty.

Yes, our TotalCare Service plan for our water machines is a hassle free way for your business to make sure routine hygiene and sanitisation visits happen on time.
No, we take care of that for you. One of our Service Team will visit your office every six months, and change the BRITA water filter at the same time as they carry out the hygiene check.
If you call us, and we cannot help resolve the fault over the phone, we will be there within same day or next business day.
We hold stock in our central warehouse, so we can normally organise a new account and set everything up within a week.
