Delivery information

We use City Link and Royal Mail the for the majority of our deliveries, however we do reserve the option to ship via an alternative method if this is better for you.

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Whenever applicable, the total cost and details of delivery charges will be explained in full before you proceed to checkout.

Orders placed before 1.00pm will normally be shipped on the same working day, subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after this time may not leave until the next working day. Importantly delivery is free for orders above £50.00 in value, for orders placed under £50.00 we charge £4.00.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment, weather conditions or postal strikes) and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we anticipate any delay.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all of your products, or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us using the details on the 'contact us' page of the website.
